Developing social-emotional competence is a process that happens across the lifespan beginning at birth. Being emotionally and socially competent enables us to build the relationships necessary for our mental health. The collective stress of the pandemic has impacted everyone’s mental health. In this series, we will explore strategies to address this impact and heal through relationship-based care practices. Each virtual workshop will be a highly interactive combination of didactic content, large group discussion, and small group break-out activities for reflection and practice.

  • 07/23/2024: Relationship-based Practices for Enhancing Family-Child Relationships and Mental Health
  • 07/30/2024: Building our own resilience and mental health
