How do I register for a training course or workshop?

Visit our Learning Management System (LMS) to register for a training course or workshop.

How do I request a refund or cancel my registration?

We recognize that the uncertainties of life can sometimes derail our participants’ plans. If you are unable to attend a training course or workshop you have paid for, we would be happy to help you transfer your registration to another scheduled offering or to another participant. If you feel you need to cancel your registration for any paid event, our policies are as follows:

Do you offer scholarships or student discounts?

No, we are unable to offer scholarships or student discounts at this time. 

Do you offer any other discounts?

Yes, we do offer discounts to members of the BTC Learning Network. Find out about other membership benefits here!

How do I transfer my registration to a different training date?

Contact us to transfer your registration to another date or person. 

Certificates and Continuing Education Units

Are certificates of attendance available?

Participants in all Brazelton Touchpoints Center training courses and workshops may access a certificate of attendance after completing the course or workshop.

How do I access, download and print my certificate of attendance?

Visit our Learning Management System. Log in to access your user profile to find and print certificates. 

Are CEUs/CMEs available? Are CEUs offered for workshops/trainings? If so, what are they?

CEUs/CMEs are available for medical doctors, nurses, social workers, and psychologists who complete our intensive training programs, where noted.

Visit our LMS to find our course catalog, upcoming training dates, course materials, resources, surveys, and other information.

Group Registration: Scheduling

How do I register a group (3 or more individuals) for a workshop or training program?

You can register multiple people for a workshop or training program using our new Learning Management System (LMS). If you are a group leader, create an account in the LMS. When purchasing a training, you can select multiple seats. Then, invite your colleagues to create an account in the LMS, where they can access the course.

How do I schedule or host a training/workshop for a group at my organization?

Contact us to schedule and host a BTC training, workshop series, or custom offering.

How do I schedule or host an NBO training/workshop for a group?

Contact Maria Henriksen to schedule and host an NBO training for a group.

Group Registration: Forms and Payment

How do I pay with a Purchase Order or an invoice?

When making a purchase in the Learning Management System (LMS), select “check” for payment method. Then contact us to arrange payment.

How can we get a W9 form?

Recordings

Are training workshop or event recordings available?

Yes, recordings of past workshops and conversations are accessible for 30 days after the end of a training or event.

How do I view the recording?

Log in to the Learning Management System (LMS). Access your user profile to find recordings.

How long are previous recordings available?

Recordings of past workshops and conversations are accessible for 30 days after the end of training or event.

How do I schedule a speaker for our conference or group? We are interested in bringing one of BTC’s internationally sought-after experts to our community.
